Longtime not consider as valuable they have not attracted many attention until a museum as been created by Madame Chantal Chirac in Aubusson itself and put them back as pieces of art that they are .The carton we present today is coming from the museum and is representing a very rare style in Aubusson tapestry called indo-chinois that is a mix between chinoiserie and Indian style . Large 91 long on 71 high it present a stunning landscape with numerous of plants , animals and royal court members showing wonderful outfits , notice the splendid borders with plants and Chinese vase , the colors are wonderful and very well preserved . Absolutely splendid this piece is a major piece of art , we have it restored and stabilized on a canevas .
