Oil on panel of symbolist and metaphysical inspiration depicting a young woman, placed in a strong context of almost geometric composition.
The portrait is not intended to be either decorative or graceful.
The figure is painted with strong and decisive brushstrokes.
The somatic features are defined in an almost merciless way.
The whole makes the work extremely interesting and certainly important.
Not signed but easily connectable in the Turin area of the school of 6, Menzi, Palucci, Casorati etc\.
