The iconic curvilinear and sculptural silhouette features an arched base supporting a round wooden top with book-matched grain in four sections creating a symmetrical pie or wedge-shaped pattern. The painted base completes the bleached wood effect in tones of gray to complement a range of interiors from Scandinavian Modern to a more casual coastal cottage vibe. Very good condition with some wear/small nicks at the outer edges of legs, measuring 20 in. Height x 28 in. Diameter. Base height 19 in. The Brasilia line for the Broyhill Premier collections—inspired by Oscar Niemeyer’s modernist state architecture designs for Brazil’s capital city—debuted in 1962 at the Seattle World’s Fair. See less
