A 1960s lounge chair and matching ottoman by Swedish designer Alf Svensson for Fritz Hansen. This Scandinavian Modern chair features a sculptural maple wood frames in a warm, cherry hue with elegantly curved arms and subtly tapered legs. The adjustable seat reclines in two positions, and the backrest is adorned with a removable neck pillow. Paired with the ottoman, this beautifully crafted chair is exceptionally comfortable. Each piece was freshly reupholstered in woven light grey fabric. Maker’s mark present on underside.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. This chair and ottoman was freshly reupholstered by our team of restorationists in light grey woven fabric with new medium density foam and webbing. The maple wood frames have been refinished and are in great condition. Maker’s mark present on underside of each piece.
