Polished brass fior di loto by afra and tobia scarpa for flos, 1960s (designed 1962). The object in the style of space age imitates the shape of a ufo and provides mainly indirect lighting thanks to the perforations on the case at the top and bottom. The lamp consists of two shaped metal parts that are joined together to create a bulb housing (100w). The name "lotus flower" refers to the shape of the bud.
