It has a surprising design with a soft white glaze and colourful, tile-like wings. This piece is a classic example of Capron's collectible artwork and represents his style from this time. A bird "Coq" with the sun motif on its chest ceramic pitcher vase by the well-known French ceramic artist Roger Capron of Vallauris. The bright colourful glazes on the white background are typical of the south of France and the artists colorful work of Vallauris, France. Small chip at the underside of the pitcher.
