The sofa has a solid rosewood frame and black leather seating. The sofa is in fully original and very good condition. No tears or cracks to the leather. Only under the seating cushion there the fabric is a bit open, if wanted we can replace this but its not visible. We have a matching pair of lounge chairs available too, have a look at our other listing. The sofa is marked with the France and Son tag underneath the seat. Leather is reconditioned with a leather care product special for vintage leather. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
