The … Read more Very nice minimalist dining chairs designed by Renato Venturi and manufactured by MIM (Mobili Italiani Moderni) Roma, Italy, 1961. The chairs have solid rosewood frames and are newly upholstered with red leather upholstery. The chairs are in good condition and have a very nice warm rosewood colour. The chairs are light weighted but still sturdy, because they are made of thin wooden slats they have a very nice light look and feel to them. The chairs are marked with the MIM metal plate underneath the seats. Very nice shaped dining chairs, sold and priced in a set of 4. Like all of our upholstered pieces these can also be newly upholstered to your admiration. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
