On the Design:

This flatweave enjoys a wide border and more abstract geometric pattern like primitivist art. The look is like that of a framed portrait in its play of beige with more rich red, brown, and navy blues tones. Textural, regal, and impressionistic, it's among the most unique works of Persian folk art in tribal rugs of its kind.
Condition:
