“Cosmos” table lamp designed by Preben Jacobsen for Fog & Mørup.
The Cosmos series was designed in 1984 and consisted of table, floor and pendant lamps.
The table lamp consists of a metal base and stem, which flares out at the top to seamlessly accommodate the acrylic ‘flying-saucer’ shade. The two halves are held together by a thick black rubber band. Has an in-line switch and retains the original Fog & Mørup label.
Rarely seen in the market place. This piece has an attribution mark,
