Beautiful and very rare lamp, model 'No.8': Design by Michie Clay for Knoll International
The design dates back to 1950 and was designed in the USA as a table lamp by Clay Mitchie for Knoll.
It has a black painted metal reflector and what is special is the arm with a weighted base made of brushed metal, because this allows the reflector to be adjusted as desired:
