Particularly strong in this tradition were figurative sculptures in terracotta and cast bronze, wall-painting and metalworking. The Romans would rather come to absorb the Etruscan culture into this but would also be greatly influenced by them and their art. It will also build on the earlier Hellenistic art. Roman sculpture was heavily influenced by Greek examples, in particular bronzes. See less
