Graceful curves and rounded corners characterize the table's structural design, while detailed craftwork heightens its decorative features. The skirt and legs are a later addition transforming the panel into an elegant low table. On the panel's surface is an illustration of a man leading a stag in a pastoral scene of trees and seaside waves. Framing the painting is a series of gilt floral and lattice motifs. The underside of the table depicts an elegantly curved tree with flowers and birds.
