Edward A. Trego (1859-1946) - Expressionist Winter Landscape in Blue, Signed (1916, Oil on Canvas). Expressionist winter landscape in shades of blue and bright mauve. Signed, titled, and dated in the lower left: ‘E.A. Trego December 16’. Housed in Secessionist style carved gilt wood frame. In good condition with wear consistent with age. Original gallery tag attached en verso. The painting has been relined.
