The seat cushion is brand new and made from high quality high density 2” foam. The seat and seat back have been recovered and the chair thoroughly cleaned. The seat back depth and height are adjustable and the chair rolls great. There is no tilt mechanism for the seat. The back pad swivels and has some flex but there is not actual seat back tilt mechanism. See less
