James Bond's martini dictum aside - many prefer to stir not shake their libations.. And what better way to do so than in this 1930's martini pitcher? The epitome of cocktail chic - it features a cut crystal vessel surmounted by a removable sterling silver strainer collar. While the"honey-comb" cut glass container is unmarked - we believe it was created by Webster. Its silver top displays the "eagle" symbol used by the International Silver Company. Along with stamped hallmark reading "STERLING WM 229-L".
Measures 10" high x 3.75" diameter.
In very good antique condition. The glass vessel has no chips, cracks, clouding, etching or issues of note. The sterling silver top mount displays has one very slight "dimple" along the inner top rim. No pitting. Minor tarnish and surface marks commensurate with repeated polishing over years of use. See photos for details.
