In addition these hold 12 Diamonds surrounding the Sapphire, plus one Diamond between the Sapphire and the mount. There are two leaves studded with Diamonds, three each leaf and the top of the piece is a round flower with 7 Diamonds. These earrings have a 1" drop and are small simple but powerful, I am sure you will be happy with these.
