Hand-knotted in wool, this 6x9 modern tiger pictorial rug is a bold addition to the Rug & Kilim exclusive Tiger line.
On the Design:
An exemplary drawing with pictorial representation enjoying a subtle pelt pattern in striated gold, brown and orange tones for a warm, regal work, yet still a comfortable and sophisticated take on the time-honored look. Keen eyes will further admire how naturally this contemporary pile construction plays with our contemporary take on classic pictorial rugs. The collection is an encyclopedia of further patterns, with many like this never-before-seen in this bold new style.
Rug & Kilim’s team has always been passionate about animal rugs and how distinct they are to every culture, but above them all, tiger skin rugs and tiger pictorial rugs have always been special for their unique connection to every culture’s history.
