Large Art Deco ceiling lamp by Henri Petitot for Atelier Petitot, Paris. France 1920s.
This is an original, oversized luxury version with a rare suspension.
The ceiling lamp is nickel-plated and was polished by hand.
Very solid, heavy quality with no significant signs of wear. The large glass pane is placed on the frame.
The inner frame of the ceiling lamp was intentionally left in its original condition. (See photos). This makes it clear that this is an original model from the 1920s, as this type of ceiling lamp is also copied. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
