Copper engraving by Matthäus Seutter, published by Conrad Lotter in or around 1756. The map depicts the lower Rhine region of modern day Germany. Hand colored with extensive detail, etc. The map is taped to the mat, with water stains on verso, as shown in the photos. Origin of writings on back of map are unknown. The map is otherwise in good condition, with no stains visible on front side. The map is 7.75 x 10". The sheet is approximately 8.5" x 11". See less
