A lovely antique Malayer rug in a rare small size, handwoven circa 1900 with a single, large medallion design on an ivory floral field and great secondary colours. Very finely woven with very good quality wool.
Size: 1.66m x 0.98m (5ft 5in x 3ft 1in)
This rug is in good condition with moderate even wear and has been professionally cleaned. Very slight shading to part of the ivory field and a few knots missing, barely visible (see photos).
