A set of blue glaze David Cressey's "Cheerio" vessels, produced primarily in the 1960s and 1970s, are iconic examples of mid-century modern design. Known for their distinctive surface texture featuring circular, "cheerio"-like indentations, these stoneware vessels blend organic forms with functional design. Cressey's work, often characterized by earthy, muted glazes, was part of his collaboration with Architectural Pottery, where he explored the intersection of art and architecture.
