It was painted with many … Read more This sweet bird painting depicts three Rosey Finches who visit the Sandia Mountains each year. It was painted with many layers of oil paint along with a little mixed media and therefore its full of texture.. This painting is all about texture so know that it is really bumpy and highly textural. This is what I love about using oil. I love the old timey look of this piece with a touch of whimsey. All of this was done on a 24" x 18" 2" deep canvas and comes ready to hang. I have been painting birds specifically for 30 years, I am LWren Walraven. See less
