A beautiful late 19th century burl walnut Neoclassical French glass front cabinet. Door panels include urns filled with fruit and draped fabric carved into the panels. Fluted columns with corinthian capitals flank both door sets. Teardrop drawer pulls.
Interior shelves are adjustable.
The majority of the stiles, rails, and panels feature burl elements that provide a beautiful iridescence to the piece.
"Dog-Ear" shaped glass panels are formed pressed glass rather than cut beveling to achieve the unique shape (a somewhat new technique in the mid to late 19th century).
