This lamp with its unusual design is a highlight for any lounge interior. This model was created by the well-known designer louis christian kalff. He was the artistic director of the philips company in eindhoven, holland. The dynamic shape of the green lamp is exemplary of the “new look” of the 1950s. Its innovative lampshade construction, with a bulb piercing the center, provides an interesting effect and practical light distribution. "the cleaned item has 1 x e14 socket and weights 0.8 kg / 1.76 lbs. The lamp works with 110v and 230v." this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
