very rare, high-quality sideboard from danish mid century modern. The credenza was designed in the 1960s by the danish architect and furniture designer arne vodder for sibast - who is celebrated for the most beautiful and noble designs of that time. The furniture is made of teak and features many wonderfully crafted solid wood elements from danish craftsmanship. Particularly noteworthy are the stylistic features of the drawer handles, the handles and the workmanship of the slat doors and the interior of the furniture, where most of the wooden parts are made of solid teak. This particularly large model has two large, smooth-running slatted doors, behind which there is plenty of storage space with shelves and four internal drawers. Five drawers with the recessed handles typical of vodder are arranged under a flap, behind which there is additional storage space in small compartments and internal drawers.

the sideboard is in wonderful, restored condition with only slight signs of wear and two small repair spots on the edges of the drawers - nothing that would weaken the high-quality character of this piece of furniture.

this large sideboard was designed by famous architect and furniture designer arne vodder in the 60s for sibast in denmark. The sideboard is made of teak and contains 5 drawers that show the characteristic integrated pulls. Two tambour doors with slender vertical pulls can be opened easily to use the large storage compartments with shelves. Another lovely detail is writing compartment with more shelves and storage space.

the sideboard has been completely restored and refinished. It shows only minor signs of wear and tear. There are two small repairs on the drawer edges, nothing that detracts. Overall appearance presents beautifully. This piece has an attribution mark,
