additional information:
the armchair 715/f, designed by gustav siegel (student of josef hoffmann) in 1899 for the paris world exhibition (1900), is probably the most famous and important armchair of viennese art nouveau. He was awarded the gold medal in paris in 1900 and is considered a pioneer of the best chair designs in the history of the secession. Architects/designers such as otto wagner, koloman moser, josef hoffmann and marcel kammerer took the perfectly designed design language of the art furniture as a “template” for their own designs. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
