The 811 chair, also known as the prague chair, is attributed to the austrian architects josef hoffmann and josef frank. Designed in the late 1920s, this classic piece remains one of thonet’s most popular models. These chairs were made in poland by fmg for thonet and have their original black lacquer and cane panels. Both are in good sturdy condition and are stamped on the underside.
