Below this there is an arrangement of four drawers (two short over two long) each with ornate brass handles. The bureau is raised on elegant bun feet and is in very good condition for its age. A most unusual feature about this bureau is its self locking "masonic lock" leading us to believe it may have been originally situated in a masonic temple. This piece is in very good condition for its age. See less
