Made in czechoslovakia. Made of lacquered metal, chrome adjustable shade with aged patina,s hade has light dents. Was installed new wiring 1x60w, e27 or e26 bulb us adapter included. Original condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor structural damages. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
