Overall Condition:
It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.
Condition Details:
There are some light tears of the corners & folds of the leather, some light creasing and fading here and there, a small brown spot behind the interior flap, and some light staining to the reverse of the interior flap itself. Otherwise, there are some very fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
