Details:
-A handsome and substantial suite of English dining chairs crafted in the George II taste, dating to approximately 1920. This elegant set features beautifully figured quarter-grain burled walnut, showcasing rich color and grain throughout.
-The chairs display classic period design elements including shaped splat backs, carved cabriole legs, and finely executed ball-and-claw feet, offering timeless sophistication for a traditional dining room or formal interior.
-Originally acquired by the previous owner in 1988, the seats were reupholstered around 1990 in a rose/pink leather, which remains in good condition and complements the warmth of the walnut frames.
-Set includes: 10 side chairs and 2 arm chairs
-Shaped splat back, cabriole legs, and ball and claw feet
-Seat upholstery not original. Reupholstered with the rose/pink leather near 1990.

There are scratches and marks from usage, particularly seen on ball and claw. One seat has a missing piece of wood that can be seen near the top of the right leg. One seat has slight tear in front. There are minor cracks. See all photos. The rose/pink leather seat cushions were upholstered near 1990. They were designed to fit snuggly into the chair frame and pop out as well. One seat cushion pops out of place when the seat is turned upside down. less
