This lamp was originally designed by simon henningsen for the divan 2 restaurant in tivoli gardens in copenhagen.

this unique lighting is made of different metal plates with chrome on the outside and different colors on the inside.

as a designer, simon henningsen followed in the footsteps of his famous father, poul henningsen. He was the first real lighting architect to design, among others, the ph artichoke, the ph 5 and the ph contrast lamp. Simon henningsen took over his father's position as architect of the tivoli amusement park in copenhagen in 1948. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
