Antique French Carved Oak Slant-Front Desk Louis XV Style.
The slant front has carved French scrolls and designs. The top opens to reveal a fitted desk interior with four drawers, cubbyholes, and a large writing area supported by two pullout oak staffs tipped with round button pulls.
Two full length drawers have carved panel fronts with dual brass drawer handles. Serpentine carved lower apron and carved French cabriole legs.
Solid construction, lovely oak finish and grain, dovetail drawers. Circa 1920s.

39”ht. x 37”w x 16d”.
Open writing area: 32” x 21”. Leg clearance: approx. 27”.
