The artist has depicted carriages and pedestrians in the early evening. Street lights are reflected by the wet cobblestones. Signed lower right, G Legg and housed in its original giltwood frame. It is in the manner of the well known French artist, Edouard Leon Cortes. A similar one by the artist also available.
