The painting dates to somewhere around 1910 based on the vehicles seen. Although known mainly for his abstract art, It is probably by Danish artist Edvard Weie. Weie did produce some paintings in a similar realist style, also he signed his works with the same initials E.W. The paintings detail is stunning and is a joy to admire Vienna depicted at this moment in time. See less
