Regula named 'La pêcheuse' and signed Ernest Justin FERRAND (1846-1932). The sculpture depicts a young woman sitting cross-legged at the water's edge, holding a fishing rod. It stands on a circular molded base adorned with a plaque bearing the name of the work, the sculptor and the words 'récompensé au salon' ('awarded at the salon').
