Brass plated "Jenny Lind" style large tack heads on binding, original grooved exterior wooden slats and a new pair of hand-stitched leather side handles with original tin loops. Complete with original paper lining in good condition. A great collectors item for lovers of antique trunks, and also useful as a coffee table, or at the end of the bed for extra storage of blankets and pillows.
