* Mathieu Matégot, who comes from Budapest, spent a large part of his life in Paris and created around 400 designs in the 1950s using his own patented “Rigitulle” technique, which combines tubular steel and perforated sheet metal. To ensure the high quality of his objects, he had them produced in his own factories.
