19th century antique American lift top blanket chest in pine, with 1 drawer. Lovely bracket base and broad-board top, pegged construction and beautiful scrolling at bottom. Dovetail drawer. Finish was "refreshed" before current owner purchased in early 2000s (as noted by New England Design Interiors).
