The photos speak more loudly than my words can. The piece measures 12.5" x 5 3/8". Initialled and dated on the back, DDL 61. There is also a faint mark stamped on the top right, Made in USA. The artist has rendered a scene which might be an homage to Picasso's Guernica, due to the subject matter of a bull, buildings and a human figure in distress. There is what appears to be a large eye staring at you left of the bull's horn. The clay has been meticulously carved and modeled in detail. The work is in excellent, original condition; there is one small glaze flea bite on the outer edge of what I would call the clay frame. Wired on back. See less
