This 1938-1940 graphite on paper drawing is by San Francisco artist Clyde Follett Seavey (1920-1991). Seavey studied at UC Berkeley and California College of Arts and Crafts. He was a commercial artist for magazines such as The American Weekly and had many shows in San Francisco during the 1960s.
Signed lower right.
