Bookcase with Chinese motifs in relief. It was made in the 1960s by commission from a cabinetmaker from Barcelona and shows excellent craftsmanship of polychrome on stucco.
This handmade piece of furniture is a bureau with two independent bodies fitted together. The upper part has a gooseneck pediment and a central blind door with shelves visible on either side. The lower part has a folding front that, when open, rests on two knobs. The furniture does not have legs but rests on a plinth.
Both the blind door and the folding front have a lock. Its gusset is metallic, circular and embossed. The hole to insert the key is English style.
It has two original keys.
