Main field covered in long stemmed minor blossoms, floral top views, pinwheel design elements, with the perimeter in a reciprocating pawn overlay. Colors and shades include: Cobalt blue, black cherry red, ivory, powder blue, sky blue, beige, coffee brown, burgundy wine red, blush, ivory, slate blue, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Capet has minor loss to both ends. One end measures 4'5" whereas the opposing measures 4'9", which is within normal margins for type and age. Possible localized areas of period correct painting, mainly seen in red shades and partial haloing into ivory and blue. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
