Made in France around the year 1900, the antique Renaissance Henry II style buffet is carved in mahogany wood and it features graceful figures of goddesses. Whether you want to call them Juno, Diana, Artemis or Hera depends on whether you prefer to name them after the Roman or the Greek versions of the goddesses, but in any case they are celebrated as the mythological goddesses of the hunt, wilderness and nature, wild animals, and the moon. The buffet boasts five doors to provide plenty of storage in the cabinets, and the central top door is paned glass so you can display your favorite collectibles. Two drawers add to the storage options, perhaps for your silverware and table mats and napkins.
