The spoon was used to serve wet fruit. The spoon is fully hallmarked with the Dutch silver hallmarks .The master mark for Franciscus Jacobus de Leeuw (hall mark used from 1867-1879). Minerva Head (office, assayer mark) with no letter (faded) The Dutch Lion 2 for 833/000 purity of silver. The Year letter k for the Year 1869.
