This is a Great Looking Authentic Antique American Industrial Factory - Mill Workers Stool. Circa Early 20th Century. The Base is Made Out of Heavy - Sturdy Cast Iron and Steel Pipe with a Substantial Weight of 11 1/2 Pounds. It has a Thick Lathe Turned Top - Seat ( 1 3/8 Inches ) That is Made Out of Solid Pine. The Wood Top Indicates Extensive Use and Age Related Wear - Imperfections - Remnants of Old Black Paint Giving it a Unique and Wonderful Authentic Look & Patina. The Iron Base has Light Surface Rust Also Indicating Years of Use and Exposure and has Also Developed Wonderful Naturally Aged Look & Patina. The Stool is in Very Strong - Sturdy - Perfectly Usable Condition. It Displays Very Nicely - Has a Great Old Look. It Could Also Be Used as a Small Table - Plant Stand or Just The Perfect Accent Piece.
