Kittinger studied at Western Kentucky State University, Florentine Academy of Art in Italy, Art Students League in New York, Ringling School of Art in Sarasota Florida and New Orleans Academy of Art.
Wonderful painting of a Mardi Gras scene in New Orleans with dancing in the streets and Jazz musicians on a horse drawn cart.
Frame measures 21” wide and 16” high, art measures 14” wide and 10” high.
Framed in a silver metal frame, in good vintage condition with slight staining to matting.
