This is a blue cut to clear decanter that has a stopper that fits, but is too dark. The stopper is also blue cut to clear. The decanter has a round base with whirling stars and a flat cut neck.
The decanter measures 10.25 inches tall and is almost 13.25 inches to the top of the stopper. It is 4.00 inches wide and the round part is 4.50 inches tall.
The decanter has no markings. There are no missed cuts, odd cuts or defects in the blue glass.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage.
