Mid-century Modern rustic Rosewood Driftwood natural coffee table, Not only does the knotty burled base have an organic biomorphic shape … more Mid-century Modern rustic Rosewood Driftwood natural coffee table, Not only does the knotty burled base have an organic biomorphic shape but the glass top has an anamorphic design to continue with the fluid elements that describe this style of furniture The glass top has a slight green hue and is 3/4" thick with a rounded smooth edge that follows its kidney shaped form The rough driftwood base is all original in form and has a wax polished watch to keep the wood visually hydrated but not as reflective as would be a varnish.

Bonus: A separate chunk of the same driftwood slab is offered with the base with the intention of placing it on top of the glass top to create an optical interest that the slab is piercing the glass top from bottom through to the top. If a clear table top is preferred, the extra piece can be used as a centerpiece in another spot in your space to vibrate and match the same ambient note. There is a 3" round cylinder cut in the piece presumably to add a cylinder vase to include a floral touch. (see dark circle in last photo)
